Learning Management System (LMS)
The Trust Training Cooperative (TTC) Learning Management System (LMS) is a collaborative effort with the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, University of Alaska, and The Trust beneficiary providers statewide. The TTC LMS is a web-based catalog of both face-to-face and distance training opportunities in Alaska.
Components include:
- An online catalog of available trainings and conferences statewide
- On-line registration (free or low cost through Paypal)
- On-line, virtual classroom, and Instructor-led courses
- Tracking of a User's trainings, conferences and educational participation in an E-Portfolio

Frontline Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute is a 3-day intensive face-to-face leadership training that provides the basics and a starting point for the process of supporting and developing current and future supervisors of frontline staff.

Mental Health First Aid
Alaskan Instructors will deliver this evidence based Mental Health First Aid program training as designed. The training includes interactive sessions which total 12 hours. It can be conducted as one two-day seminar, two one-day events spaced over a short period of time or as four 3-hour sessions.

Hearing Voices that are Distressing
This training provides a simulated experience of what it may be like to “hear voices”.

Full Lives Conference for Direct Service Professionals (Annual 2-Day Conference)
The Full Lives Conference features national and Alaskan experts on key issues that affect direct service staff and the people they support. Presentations are provided on a wide variety of topics, allowing attendees to choose sessions based on their personal and professional interests such as: Promoting Healthy Relationships, Person-centered Best Practices, Honoring Cultural Diversity, Stress Management, Climbing the Career Ladder, and Community Inclusion Strategies.

We Are All Elders in Training Summit (Annual 2-Day Event)
Event includes: group discussions, closing circles each day, and an opportunity to address the issues of aging and mental health for our Elders.

Prevention of Abuse & Neglect of Vulnerable Adults 
This training is intended to educate direct service workers regarding the dynamics of adult abuse and neglect, the laws intended to protect this population and reporting obligations under these laws. This Training will also provide caregivers with tools to respond more effectively to adults in their care.

Learning Networks
Learning Networks are a series of short one to two hour distance delivered trainings provided by professional experts in specific service populations and provider fields that address a topic or skill/knowledge area important to direct service providers and/or their supervisors.
